Team building is often a misunderstood, if not neglected activity in many organizations. If the purpose of your organization is to provide the best customer service possible, (and what organization would argue this?), the more harmonious your team is, the more productive they will be, and therefore more effective and efficient at providing goods and/or services to your customers.
Why then would you not want to spend time and money to invest in building your team?
Great team building activities will help develop leadership skills, foster mutual understanding, create synergy, boost morale, inspire creativity, and generate enthusiasm.
What else do you do in your organization that can produce these results?
“Herky, with little notice, customized a musical team building experience for 60+ of our leaders at Lethbridge College. And we couldn’t have asked for a better more worthwhile activity that promoted risk taking and team building in a fun relaxed atmosphere. Everyone participated and we won’t soon forget the songs we composed and performed in seven minutes. We are hoping to work with Herky again in the future and would heartily recommend him to others.”
