I've been training and coaching leaders in organizations, and Career Practitioners, for many years.

I have a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, and I'm certified as a; Life Coach, Career Development Professional, Virtual Presenter, Smart Work Ethics Facilitator, and Teacher.

When the pandemic hit, I had to pivot and figure out ways to do what I do, so I immersed myself in learning how to be a virtual trainer AND developing my own online courses.
